Founder
Hello, I’m Muskaan Shivhare, the founder and creative mind behind Noor by Muskaan. I’m a textile designer and costume stylist with a passion for visual storytelling through fashion. After graduating from the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), I began my journey bringing characters and concepts to life through fabric, form, and finesse.
My career has taken me through diverse corners of the fashion world—from assisting with costume design in Bollywood, to designing for international brands like Cavenders and Rods, and working closely with Indian labels such as Seher Jaipur. I’ve also gained experience in luxury brand management with Swish, giving me a deep understanding of the balance between creativity and commercial success.
Driven by a desire to create something truly personal, I launched Noor by Muskaan—a bespoke womenswear label that reflects my love for heritage craftsmanship, elegant silhouettes, and contemporary Indian style. With a fully operational design studio and in-house production unit, I bring every concept to life with precision and care.
Beyond design, I’m also committed to education and empowerment. I conduct skill development workshops in textiles and fashion for the MSME sector, private institutes, and even at my alma mater, NIFT, helping nurture the next generation of fashion talent.
Through Noor, my mission is simple: to craft timeless pieces that tell stories, celebrate individuality, and make every woman feel seen, confident, and beautiful.
